Conceptual Design Phase I:
The Design Team of Coffee Prophets will work with you to review your Operational Needs and your leased space to develop an utilization plan. This plan will identify major food and drink preparation stations and general customer flow patterns. This bird’s eye view will provide the first breath of life into your dream café or coffee house.

Design Development Phase II:
Your Café Conceptual Design plan will be further developed to identify the location and size of your counters (front & back) and major pieces of equipment, as well as general furniture layout.  This plan will coordinate your millwork counters with the traditional pieces of equipment needed to meet your menu needs. During this phase we create the back bone of your space and you begin to feel a sense of ownership of what we have created together.

Pre-Architectural and Equipment Phase III:
During this phase, our lead designers will complete your entire equipment schedule and provide complete electrical and plumbing schedules that will assist your general contractor and architect team.  You will receive complete dimensional drawings of your space to include all required elevation drawings. Furthermore,  we coordinate directly with your general contractor and architect to ensure clarification of all drawings and measurements used. This phase brings one’s dream into functional reality.  Our team will assist you, your General Contractor and Architect all the way through the project. This Interior Design package includes every minute detail in creating your interior space. Working one-on-one  with one of our interior designers, a timeline and checklists are developed to organize the hundreds of details that need attending to.  Our interior designers will assist you in the selection of all artwork, furniture and lighting fixtures.

The Coffee Prophets design package includes color choices and materials from which cabinets, furniture, floors, ceilings and walls will come together. You will work with our endless list of suppliers and manufacturers to not only find you the best deals, but also find you the unique items define and illustrate your own unique brand identity.

To finish off this project we will gladly spend two days at your location to assist in any final coordination. (For this service we only charge, airfare, hotel, and per diem).
