Since the beginning of the global recession over 2,500 independent coffee retailing establishments coast to coast of every size and style have sadly closed their doors. Having spent considerable time and resources providing free interventions for dozens of fledging business owners and saving many from what would have been certain failure I have come to the conclusion that the cliché
